Service delays on A, C and D trains after power outage, MTA says

Heads up commuters: There are service suspensions and delays on the A, C and D trains in Manhattan due to a loss in power, the MTA said on Saturday afternoon.

According to the MTA, C train service has been suspended since 12 p.m. as the transit agency investigates a power outage to the signaling system between 125th Street and 145th Street. Officials say while commuters may see some C trains running on the tracks, no additional trains will depart from their first or last station.

A/C/D trains are disrupted between 59 St-Columbus Circle and 145 St while we address a loss of power to the signaling system between 125 St and 145 St.

Meanwhile, A and D trains are running with severe delays in both directions after the transit agency restored power to the signaling system around 1:15 p.m. The MTA says both train lines have resumed making scheduled stops in Manhattan…
