Everything to know about the 2025 New York Carnival Parade on Labor Day

The New York Carnival, one of the city’s biggest summer festivals, is back on Thursday in a celebration of Caribbean pride, culture and creativity.

Organized by the West Indian American Day Carnival Association (WIADCA), the New York Carnival is celebrating its 58th anniversary this year. The event is considered the nation’s largest Caribbean cultural festival attracting more than a million jubilant participants and spectators.

The festival culminates with the New York Carnival Parade on Labor Day, which marches down Eastern Parkway from Utica Avenue to a reviewing stand at Grand Army Plaza.
