Man struck by car driven by 15-year-year old while standing on Brooklyn curb

A man was injured after being hit by a car while standing on a curb in Brooklyn. Police say a 15-year-old was behind the wheel — too young to drive legally.

The crash happened at the corner of Pennsylvania and Hegeman Avenues in East New York just before 10 a.m. Sunday, leaving debris all over the street.
