Teen violence on the rise in NYC: ‘It’s heartbreaking to me’

HARLEM, Manhattan (PIX11) — For young people across New York City, teen violence is a chilling reality.

“The people being shot out in the street are my age,” 18-year-old Chailing Jorge told PIX11 News. “It’s really sad, terrible and heartbreaking to me.”
