Teen stabbed after being approached by 5 men in Queens: sources

JAMAICA, Queens (PIX11) – A 17-year-old boy was stabbed after he was approached by five men for the chain around his neck in Queens late Sunday night, sources told PIX11 News.

Police said it happened near Archer Avenue and Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica around midnight. The teenager, who was stabbed in the right arm after being approached by the suspects, fled into a subway station for safety, according to authorities.

Police said the victim was taken to a local hospital, where he’s expected to recover.

Sources said the five men, who were all wearing dark-colored clothing, tried to take a chain off the boy’s neck. They all fled the stabbing in an unknown direction, according to sources…
