Hoboken PD arrests 2 at housing authority building over PCP-laced cigarette

The Hoboken Police Department arrested two at a housing authority building over the attempted purchase and sale of a PCP-laced cigarette.

“The Hoboken Police Department remains committed to addressing narcotics activity and other quality-of-life issues within the city,” Police Chief Steven Aguiar said in a statement.

“I applaud our Street Crimes Unit for their dedication to this issue and encourage residents to continue reporting any suspicious behavior.”
