Neliana Garcia is demanding justice after her 11-year-old daughter was violently assaulted on a Bronx street last week. The NYPD arrested a 15-year-old girl for the attack, which surveillance video captured and which has since sparked outrage across New York City.

The incident occurred on September 22, just before 6 p.m., on Waring Avenue near Holland Avenue. Video footage captures an attacker sucker punching the young girl and beating her to the ground. One of the attackers then kicked her 4-month-old puppy, Leo, sending the dog flying.
