Man wanted for New York City robbery arrested in Utica

UTICA, N.Y. — The Utica Police Department arrested a man on drug charges after it was determined that he was wanted for a robbery in New York City.

The police department charged Samuel Crippen, 37, of Utica with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third and seventh degree as well as obstruction of governmental administration.
