Passengers were forced to evacuate after three cars on a 4 train became detached from the rest of the train.
The MTA says just after 5 p.m. Sunday the third and fourth cars of the southbound 4 train detached near the 149th Street-Grand Concourse station.
A rescue train was sent to the scene so passengers could then transfer from the disabled train to the platform…
