NYC man accused of putting dead boyfriend’s 40-pound body in garbage bag: sources

BROOKLYN, N.Y. (PIX11) — A Brooklyn man is accused of stuffing his boyfriend’s 40-pound body in a black garbage bag after the victim likely died of natural causes, according to police and sources.

Christopher Moss, 38, told investigators his partner, Darrell Montgomery, was dead when he found his body in the Brooklyn apartment they shared on Friday morning, prosecutors said.

“We used methamphetamines on a consistent basis. I discovered him deceased, and his body was stiff. I didn’t call the police. I tried to place his body in the garbage,” Moss said, according to the criminal complaint.
