A man is at large in Hoboken after he groped a woman earlier this month, authorities announced Thursday, Oct. 23.
At 1:50 a.m., on Sunday, Oct. 5, officers responded to the 400 block of Newark Street after a man approached a woman, grabbed her buttocks and fled the area, Hoboken police said.
