Thief snatches $2,800 necklace in violent Bronx subway robbery

BRONX, NY – A man was beaten and robbed of his necklace aboard a northbound 2 train at the Simpson Street subway station in a brazen daylight attack, police said.

The incident occurred around 5:10 p.m. on October 18.
