Lower Moreland police arrest New York man for making fraudulent withdrawals from a bank account

The Lower Moreland Police Department announced today the arrest of Lamont Paulin, 28, for making fraudulent withdrawals from a bank account.

According to police, a resident of Huntingdon Valley reported fraudulent activity on their bank account. An investigation revealed that two fraudulent withdrawals were made from the victim’s checking account on April 15, both of which were made out to Paulin.

On April 16, Paulin attempted to cash another fraudulent check from the victim at a bank in Morrisville, Pennsylvania, but was unsuccessful. He fled the scene and left behind his New York ID and debit card, police said…
