Panic grows in New York as man bundled into car by masked ICE agents in Washington Heights

Panic is growing in New York over the possibility of an increased presence of ICE agents after a man was detained in broad daylight.

In new video, masked federal agents are seen forcibly moving a man into a black car as locals watch on. The chaotic scene unfolded Wednesday afternoon as several agents stopped a vehicle in traffic and began trying to pull him out of a black SUV. Residents reported hearing the detained man scream as they urged the agents to remove their masks.
