Former CT governor candidate Bob Stefanowski sells NY condo for $7.6 million

Bob Stefanowski, who twice lost the race for governor to Ned Lamont, recently sold New York city condo as he continues to focus his life away from Connecticut politics and toward a major project in Saudi Arabia.

Stefanowski and his wife, Amy, a former-real-estate-agent-turned-home-remodeler, sold a 2,400-square-foot condo in Hudson Yards on the city’s West Side for $7.6 million, less than a year after buying it for $5.4 million, accordng to Crain’s New York Business.

After the quick flip, the former Republican candidate stepped up to a 4,100-square-foot unit in a 72-story tower on 11th Avenue for $8.5 million…
