NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 42-year-old man was arrested Sunday for allegedly slapping a 6-year-old boy across the face near the Bryant Park holiday market.
The boy was on a street corner, outside the park, with his family shortly before 6 p.m. Sunday when the stranger slapped him, according to police and a rep for park management.
