Four-legged suspect leads to unusual chase at JFK Airport: ‘No horsing around’

NEW YORK (WPIX) – It’s something you don’t see every day, admitted Lt. Luis Calderon, who had to track down a unique suspect at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Sunday.

A brown horse was seen trotting down the airport and a nearby highway, officials said.

“I was the supervisor working the tour. I had the communicator dispatch it again because that’s something you don’t hear every day,” Calderon recalled in an interview with Nexstar’s WPIX. “I know it’s New York City, but the last thing you ever hear is a horse galloping down the airport.”…
