NEW YORK (PIX11) — The man accused of setting someone on fire in Times Square earlier this year has been charged with attempted murder nine months after the brutal attack, Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg announced Monday.
Ahmad Mossad, 45, allegedly set a 45-year-old club promoter on fire on March 16 while working as a food cart vendor on West 41st Street. According to Bragg, Mossad fled to Egypt right after the attack.
