Residents at Crown Heights apartment building say they have gone months without heat

Some Crown Heights residents are braving the cold outside and inside after they claim radiators inside of their apartments on Park Place have not been working properly.

Emlock Grant said he and a few of his neighbors have filed complaints with Housing Preservation & Development, called 311 and even traveled to the management office to share their concerns.

“It’s not even warm in the house, not even the radiator. And I call up the management a lot of times. I went to the office to see if there was going to send somebody to take care of the heat, and they never did,” shared Grant…
