A source has come forward identifying the suspected shooter who killed an Uber driver as a Bronx resident in his early 20s who immigrated from the Dominican Republic.
The source says he was present the night of the shooting and later went to police with the name and photos of the person he believes is responsible.
“I was nearby… we were able to identify the person by the pictures,” the source said…
