$1K Reward Offered After Dog’s Throat Slit, Dumped Near New York Cemetery

An appeal has been launched to identify the person responsible for abandoning a dog with a severe cut to the throat.

SPCA Westchester’s Humane Law Enforcement Unit (HLE), under the direction of Ernest Lungaro, and in a joint investigation with the Yonkers Police Department Detective Division, is asking for the public’s help in identifying a dog and the person who abandoned him.

A $1,000 reward is being offered by New York State (NYS) Humane Association for information leading to the arrest and conviction of those responsible…
