Pescada is preparing to open a new Italian dairy restaurant in Jackson Township, bringing an expanded version of its Brooklyn concept to Ocean County. The opening marks another addition from the same ownership group behind several coastal-style kosher restaurants in Brooklyn and Lakewood, and represents their second restaurant serving the Lakewood and Jackson area, following Burdoux on Cedarbridge Avenue.
The Jackson Township location is designed as a larger-scale adaptation of the existing Pescada concept, maintaining the same Italian dairy focus while significantly increasing seating, amenities, and overall footprint.
A Familiar Concept, Built for Scale
The new location follows the same Italian dairy model as Pescada’s Brooklyn restaurant, offering the same core concept and menu structure, but executed in a substantially larger space. The design prioritizes capacity and flexibility, supporting both regular dining and high-volume service for groups and events.
The ownership group operates multiple kosher restaurants across the tri-state area, including Pescada in Brooklyn and Burdoux in Lakewood, both of which have established a footprint in large-format dairy dining with coastal influences.
Menu and Beverage Program
