Those words, by late night host Jimmy Fallon and the New York Times, respectively, are describing the famous crumb cake from B&W Bakery in Hackensack, “home of the famous heavy crumb cake.”
So do the words “too dry” (our former food editor Esther Davidowitz) and “you could do better” (Rita Cookson, a pastry chef and River Edge resident)…
