The crash happened at the intersection of Route 17 southbound and the flyover exit ramp to Route 4 eastbound and westbound, during the evening snowfall, Loving reported.
A heavy-duty tow truck was required to extricate the white Tahoe with NY plates from a deep ditch where it landed following the crash, according to Loving.
