Authorities have identified the victim of a Carlstadt fire on Jan. 16 as 67-year old Joseph Poling, though they said the cause of the fire, not yet being revealed to the public, is not suspicious.
Firefighters responded to a two-family home at 417 Third St. at about 4 p.m. on Friday and found Poling on the second floor of the multifamily, two-story home. He was pronounced dead at the scene, authorities said.
