NYC tenants pushing to get in on settlement against UWS landlord

UPPER WEST SIDE, MANHATTAN (PIX11) — Donna Sayers and her neighbors in the three-building, 425-unit Holland Apartment complex on Manhattan’s Upper West Side staged a protest rally Monday morning with several elected officials.

They demanded their landlord, A&E Real Estate, fix what they say is a laundry list of issues in their buildings, which also includes a non-working laundry room.
