Josue Samuel Cabrera, 40, of Yonkers, was arraigned on Tuesday, Jan. 20, on a six-count indictment charging him with two counts of predatory sexual assault against a child, two counts of first-degree rape, and two counts of first-degree sexual abuse, the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office announced on Wednesday, Jan. 21.
Prosecutors said the charges stem from allegations that Cabrera sexually abused a child under the age of 13 in December 2025 in Yonkers.
