A Hudson County man admitted to stealing military laptops, hundreds of thousands of dollars in luxury perfume and liquor from storage facilities in New Jersey and Pennsylvania last year, federal prosecutors said.
Derek Spivey, 37, of Jersey City, pleaded guilty to one count of conspiring to transport stolen goods and a separate count of violating the conditions of his supervised release for possessing a weapon as a felon.
Authorities accused Spivey and three co-conspirators of burglarizing trailers at logistics warehouses in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and then transporting them into and through New Jersey to sell the goods, officials said…
