Police on Tuesday arrested a man they suspect of raping and robbing a teenage girl in Manhattan last week, NYPD officials said.
Germaine Parham, 33, allegedly approached the 14-year-old girl in her Stuyvesant Town building around 11:40 a.m. last Thursday. Police said he sexually assaulted her, stole her cellphone and fled.
