A fugitive from New York City who is allegedly responsible for a deadly double shooting in Camden was captured in Spain, ending a months-long search, authorities said.
The Spanish National Police arrested Felix De La Cruz-Arias, 30, last Friday in Barcelona, the nation’s second-largest city.
