Syracuse, N.Y. — The city of Syracuse has agreed to pay a man $130,000 to settle a lawsuit that alleged he was wrongfully arrested in New York City and brought back to Syracuse.
The Common Council voted 6 to 0 on Monday to approve the settlement.
