A new winter storm is set to impact much of the East Coast, bringing a mix of snow, sleet, and rain to the region.
AccuWeather meteorologists report that the storm will develop over the southern United States on Sunday, Feb. 15 before advancing northeastward into Presidents Day on Monday, Feb. 16.
