Tenants in two Morrisania buildings say they’re living in dangerous and unsanitary conditions, and they’re calling on their shared management company to take action.
People who live along Franklin Avenue showed News 12 leaking walls, broken stairs and trash-filled hallways. One tenant, who asked to be identified as Meka, said water began pouring from her bathroom wall after a broken toilet wasn’t fixed right away.
“We shouldn’t have to live like this,” she said, adding repairs took too long and left her wanting to leave. “I’m ready to move. Like, this is ridiculous.”…
