The Missing Persons Squad reports the details of a Missing Juvenile that occurred on Saturday, February 14, 2026 at 3:00 PM in Hempstead and was reported to Nassau County Police on Sunday, February, 15, 2026 at 9:00 PM.
According to detectives, Brittany Chavarria-Hernandez, 12, was last seen leaving her Hempstead residence on foot. She is described as a female Hispanic, 5’2” tall, approximately 110 pounds, with red hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black jacket and black Crocs shoes. Her possible destination is New York City.
