Police said an off-duty, 30-year-old City employee was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 12, within the confines of the 50th Precinct which covers the Bronx neighborhoods of Kingsbridge, Fieldston, Spuyten Duyvil, Riverdale, and Marble Hill.
Police said Sierra Fischer, an off-duty assistant district attorney was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with impaired ability, and refusal to take a breathalyzer test.
She is presumed innocent unless and until convicted in a court of law…
