Nearly 20 people are facing charges after a massive group of disorderly teenagers descended on a Bronx mall on Presidents Day, according to the NYPD.
Police said they were called to the Mall at Bay Plaza in Baychester around 2 p.m. Monday to help with crowd control. When officers arrived, they encountered dozens of teens who refused their commands to disperse, NYPD officials said.
