City officials in Westchester County say they are closely monitoring social media posts warning of a possible “takeover” event similar to one that led to multiple arrests at a Bronx mall.
In a statement on Tuesday, Feb. 17, Mount Vernon city officials said they were aware of online posts referencing an incident on Monday, Feb. 16, at the Mall at Bay Plaza in the Baychester section of the Bronx.
