Customers at a Morrisania post office say they’re fed up after waiting hours in long lines, only to leave empty-handed.
Many people who were walking out of the U.S. Postal Service on East 167th Street told News 12 they waited up to three to four hours. After that, they found out their packages were either missing or not ready for pickup.
