A fast-moving fire tore through a Co-op City high-rise early Monday, sending thick black smoke over the neighborhood and pulling in a crush of emergency vehicles. Neighbors quickly grabbed their phones, capturing bright orange flames shooting from multiple windows as firefighters rushed to get the blaze under control.
