Brazen Daylight Robbery Shakes Bronx 6 Train Platform At Longwood

A Sunday afternoon ride on the 6 train turned ugly on March 1, 2026, when a 31-year-old man was robbed on the northbound platform at the Longwood Avenue station in the Bronx around 4:45 p.m., police said. A man approached the rider, a scuffle broke out, and the suspect took off on foot with the victim’s cellphone, wallet and keys. No arrests have been made, and detectives are asking the public to help identify the person seen in their wanted alert.
