The assault case involving Mingus Reedus, the son of Norman Reedus and Helena Christensen, could ultimately be dismissed.

According to a spokesperson for the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office, Reedus accepted a Family Adjournment in Contemplation of Dismissal, also known as an “ACD,” and a full order of protection during a scheduled court appearance on March 9.

As part of the conditions of the ACD, Reedus “must remain arrest free for one year and abide by the order of protection,” per the DA’s office. If he abides by the terms of the agreement, Reedus’s case will then be dismissed and sealed after that 12-month period…
