Man, 34, charged with attempted murder for subway shoving in Manhattan

On Tuesday, police arrested a Brooklyn man on charges of attempted murder after he allegedly pushed two men onto subway tracks.

Police charged Bairon Hernandez, 34, of Sunset Park with attempted murder for allegedly shoving two people at a subway station on the Upper East Side.

Hernandez is also facing charges of attempted assault, assault and reckless endangerment, according to the NYPD’s Deputy Commissioner of Public Information’s Office…
