The man accused of fatally shooting a Bronx Uber driver in a road-rage incident was captured in the Dominican Republic, according to the Dominican Republic National Police.
Ehinel Troncoso, 24, allegedly killed 55-year-old Issa Isac-Mbolo, a father of four, on New Year’s Day in Morris Heights. The NYPD previously released a photo of Troncoso, and the NYSFTD offered a $10,000 reward for information leading to his arrest.
