A late night fire tore through a bedroom on Hyatt Avenue in Yonkers on Sunday, sending a man to the hospital with burns but leaving him expected to recover, according to fire officials.
Fire crews rushed to the house in southern Westchester after a report of a blaze and found flames centered in a bedroom. Officials said one man suffered burns to the top of his head before firefighters knocked the fire down. He was taken to a hospital and is expected to be OK, as reported by News 12.
