An assistant principal in Hackensack has filed a discrimination lawsuit against the school district, claiming he had to endure an intolerably hostile work environment for years because he’s Hispanic.
Julio Morel, who works at Hackensack Middle School, claimed in court papers that he was targeted due to his Dominican heritage and denied promotions because he complained about adverse working conditions.
