Glen A. Luciano, of Englewood Cliffs, was taken into custody on Monday, March 16, following a controlled motor vehicle stop, according to Chief William Henkelman.
The investigation began after a victim reported repeated damage to residential exterior windows on Feb. 24, March 2, March 9, and March 14, the chief said. Detectives gathered surveillance footage and physical evidence from each scene before identifying Luciano as the suspect.
