HARLEM, N.Y. — It took seconds, but left behind devastation that will last forever.
This surveillance video obtained by PIX11 News shows the driver of an SUV ripping through 125th Street in Harlem, just before 8 p.m. Thursday, recklessly speeding and plowing straight into cars and people.

Two delivery workers on bikes never had a chance. A 28-year old died, and a 33-year-old is fighting for his life.
