Police spotted the man, later identified as 40-year-old Husam Fooda acting suspiciously near 4th Street and East Palisades Boulevard on March 9 in Palisades Park, Police Chief George Beck said.
Officers found the man matching the description, who later identified himself with a false name and date of birth, Beck said.
Police determined the man’s true identity as Fooda and found he had outstanding warrants out of Jersey City, Marlboro Township, Wayne Township, and Paterson, the chief said…
