Thirteen people were hurt Thursday night when an SUV and a van collided on a highway in Bergen County near the George Washington Bridge, authorities said.
The crash occurred about 11:30 p.m. in the southbound lanes of the Palisades Interstate Parkway in Fort Lee, according to a spokesperson for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
