Solange Tremblay, a senior flight attendant, was seriously injured during the crash of Air Canada Jazz flight 8646 from Montreal to LaGuardia on Sunday, March 22. Tremblay was seated in the forward cabin behind the cockpit when she was ejected more than 320 feet when the plane collided with a firetruck while landing.
The pilots, Antoine Forest and Mackenzie Gunther, died on impact.
